Grow your own food without the guesswork.
Hearth & Hollow is a micro-nursery and plant CSA located in Vancouver, WA.
Most plant starts come with a plastic tag and a prayer. These come with someone you can actually ask.
Big box stores sell generic, often unhealthy plants grown with unidentified synthetic fertilizers. Our edible plants and herbs are grown in organic soil, from seed, right here in a backyard - literally.
When you buy from Hearth & Hollow, you’re not just getting plants. You're keeping your dollars local and supporting a business that believes food access is everyone's business.
When you grow from our starts, you know exactly where your food comes from.
Because you grew it.

What's a Plant CSA?
-
Plant starts, not produce
Instead of a box of vegetables, you get the plants to grow them yourself. Each quarter, you pick up a selection of vegetables, herbs, and flowers grown right here in Vancouver, WA, timed for the season.
-
Your choice or ours
Pick exactly what you want to grow from our catalog of over 250 seed varieties, or let us put together a selection based on what's thriving and ready to go in the ground.
-
Guides and support included
Every plant comes with its own variety-specific grower's guide, plus free access to all Hearth & Hollow workshops throughout the year.
Dispatches from the backyard
